Condo Rental Rates

These are the rates we currently charge for rentals. We have not raised our rates since 2002:

We normally like to rent for at least 3 nights and will give multi-night discounts for anything over three nights as well as weekly and monthly rates. Rates shown below do not include a sales/lodging tax of 5.65%. Call or email for a quote.

Summer Rates: May 1 thru Nov 16, $99 per night/$650 per week.

Early Bird Skiing: Nov 17 thru Dec 14, $155 per night/$975 per week.

Pre-Holiday: Dec 15 thru Dec 21, $190 per night/$1250 per week.

Holiday: Dec 22 thru Jan 1, $260 per night/$1750 per week.

Value Powder: Jan 2 thru Feb 8, $155 per night/$975 per week.

Powder: Feb 9 thru Mar 31, $195 per night/$1250 per week.

Spring Skiing: April 1 thru April 30, $150 per night/$970 per week.

Some additional details: Ann Kelly is the current owner of the condo, in Summit County, Colorado. Harold Icke, a previous owner of the condo is currently handling the internet rental arrangements for Ann. The Condo is close to the ski areas of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Loveland and Arapahoe Basin and is a short drive from Vail, Beaver Creek, and a bit longer to Winter Park. The condo is actually located in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne, near Frisco and Dillon, Colorado, all of which are on IH 70 west of Denver. The area is about a 90-minute drive from the Denver Airport. There is frequent free shuttle bus service from the condo area to most of the ski areas but a car is advisable to get around to restaurants, etc. In addition to the winter skiing, summer renters will find an abundance of mountain activities in the Summit County area.

The Gore Trail condominium complex of 6 buildings and clubhouse was built in 1999 & 2000 and then further updated in 2005. Our condo consists of two downstairs bedrooms (each with a Queen Bed) and a huge loft area (with two twin beds). The loft is actually a full bedroom in itself. There are 3 baths (two with tubs & shower and one with only shower). The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa making the maximum accommodation for 8 people. Our unit is strictly no smoking and no-pets.
